LUNCHES
Sandwich buffet
Mix of: turkey & cranberry with seasonal leaves; roasted ham & Dijon mustard; roast beef, horseradish mayo & rocket; tuna & cucumber; prawns in marie rose sauce; smoked salmon & cream cheese with rocket; vintage cheddar & heritage toms; egg may & watercress; cheese ploughmans.
Picky pastries: homemade sausage rolls (various flavours e.g. mango chutney & cumin seeds; cranberry & nigella seeds; mustard, apple & sage); selection of quiches; soft set scotch eggs; selection of hand cooked crisps.
EVENING MEALS (from the trailer)
6oz Aberdeen Angus burgers, brioche bun, topped with Emmental cheese, crisp y streaky smoked bacon & chilli jam
Veggie/vegan option of XL plant based frankfurter in XL finger roll, with seasonal salad, chopped green salad with fine mustard & honey vinaigrette & signature gourmet pink slaw.
BREAKFAST (from the trailer)
Choice of sausage/bacon/egg/veggie sausage, in a baguette or roll, with ketchup or brown sauce. Fruit juice, tea and coffee also available.
